Add Rose Water: Add a few drops of rose water to the mixture if you want a soothing and fragrant touch.

Application: Apply the mask evenly to your face, avoiding the eye area. You can use a brush or your fingers to spread it.

Relax: Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes. Relax and allow the ingredients to work on your skin.

1 teaspoon of shilajit powder or resin

2 tablespoons of fresh aloe vera gel . Option 2 : use shredded cucumber.

A few drops of lavender essential oil (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the Shilajit: If using resin, dissolve a small piece in a teaspoon of warm water. If using powder, proceed directly.

Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix the shilajit (resin paste or powder) with fresh aloe vera gel until well combined.

Add Essential Oil: Add a few drops of lavender essential oil for a calming scent and additional skin benefits.
